Booking Policy
1. Reservations & Deposits
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
2. Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank Transfers
- PayPal
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
4. Modifications
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
7. Check-in/Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
8. Safari-Specific Terms
- Safari itineraries may be adjusted based on weather, wildlife movements, and park regulations
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
- Minimum age requirements may apply for certain activities
